What’s been happening:

Born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania and practiced law in Lock Haven for fifty-five years. Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, B.A. in 1952 and J.D. in 1955. Member of Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all Courts under its jurisdiction, Middle Pennsylvania U.S. District Court and the Supreme Court of the United States; member of American College of Trust and Estate Council; former Solicitor of Clinton County and Keystone Central School District; former member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Board of Governors and Treasurer. Former Chairman of the Board of Lock Haven Hospital for twenty-three years; lecturer on American Art, Past Member of Pennsylvania State Republican Executive Committee, retired member of Mellon Bank-Central Region Board. Penn State activities include: Palmer Museum of Art Board (past chairman), Planned Giving Committee and original member of National Development Council, President's Advisory Council.
